With over 350 outlets across the UK and 5,000 locations in 45 countries globally, they are driven to be the best at making innovative new products and recipes.
The Challenge
Throughout lockdown, demand was hard to predict for our client. As hospitality businesses closed, people turned to takeaways and they saw a spike in business. Their challenge was to find reliable staff who were able to work at short notice.
The client approached the redwigwam team to find them additional pizza makers and delivery drivers to ensure they could meet this increased demand.
They required workers who were keen to work flexibly and safely to ensure they did not let any customers down.

Our fast and reliable service offered the perfect solution to their problem. We quickly helped them get set up on our system and they then uploaded job descriptions of their vacant roles.
Our system then did all the work for them and matched the roles to our large community of local workers who had the necessary skills. Once the workers were matched, our client then contacted the workers to confirm their suitability and required shift patterns.
“redwigwam filled roles in store as pizza makers and as delivery drivers - it’s so easy to tap into their resource of skilled workers. ”
