So, who are redwigwam and what do we do, I hear you ask!

When you join redwigwam, you’re joining our community of flexible workers (our Wigwammers) who are at the heart of everything we do. Our main mission is to give workers and businesses alike, the opportunity to utilise flexible working.

As a Wigwammer, you are employed by us but have access to our platform, which matches you to jobs in your local area. You are then free to book onto whichever jobs you like. You become a temporary extension to a business's workforce exactly when they need it most but also means you can work flexibly around your other commitments, which means a better work life balance and a better quality of life overall.

You’ll find a real mix of work on or platform, across loads of different sectors, including:

• Field marketing & Mystery shopping
• Warehousing and logistics
• Retail
• Hospitality
• Cleaning and facilities management
• Office/admin

With such a wide variety of jobs on offer and with the ability to work in multiple sectors if you choose, you could work in a warehouse through the week, a bar on a weekend and even do a bit of mystery shopping on your way home! Or you could do mystery shopping as your main job with a few breakfast shifts at a hotel or work as a cleaner when time allows.

It’s completely up to you and the possibilities are endless!

Some of our mystery shop jobs are completely remote so that allows for even greater flexibility and is especially popular with parents who are looking to earn extra money without the burden of childcare costs!

Employment rights for all

People are at the very heart of our being. With redwigwam, you enjoy all the benefits of being fully employed, but on a temporary basis. That means you’ll always be paid appropriately for the work you do – at least minimum wage, but often much more. We manage all aspects of National Insurance and PAYE – and you earn holiday pay every time you work, plus have access to our pension scheme.

There are loads of useful training courses available on our platform which are completely free of charge and a brilliant way to upskill ahead of a new role.

We know one of the frustrations around temp work is about pay. We believe you should be paid quickly for the work we do – and are the only company in the UK to offer daily pay. This means you’ll be paid the day after your timesheet has been approved (or weekly or monthly if you prefer). No waiting for weeks, or even months to get your hands on the money you’ve earnt!
